George Mason’s Interdisciplinary Masters (MAIS) in Social Entrepreneurship

George Mason University recently launched an interdisciplinary masters graduate degree specifically for the next generation of entrepreneurial changemakers: a Masters of Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Entrepreneurship.

See the curriculum, instructors and degree requirements.

This degree is truly interdisciplinary; instructors hail from all corners of the university. Our partnership with Ashoka: Innovators for the Public will enhance students’ experience. The Mason Center for Social Entrepreneurship will provide a community for enrolled students, surrounding them with an array of opportunities to network, apply their learning in the world, and launch their own ventures.
The Center’s Managing Director, Greg Werkheiser, will teach the gateway course. In the spirit of collaborative innovation, his course on social innovation will be open to anyone – not only students enrolled in the graduate program. Email info@masoninnovation.org to express your interest.

We’ve put together a couple of quick things you can do to help us hit the ground running. Each one takes less than a minute of your time.

The louder we are, the more leaders we can launch and the larger the social impact we can leverage.  Thanks in advance for your help!
